Jeff Goldstein has more than 25 years of practicing law under his belt representing companies from the D.C. metropolitan area and beyond.
Jeff is focused on commercial litigation and general business law, helping companies protect themselves in the business arena. He has handled cases of all types, sizes, and complexities over the past two decades. Sometimes it’s “bet the company” litigation where the entire survival of the business is at risk, and sometimes it’s merely bringing suit to hold a contractor or customer to task.
Whatever the matter, Jeff is careful to properly analyze the dispute at issue and handle the matter in the most efficient and economical way possible.
#funfact A particular focus of Jeff’s litigation practice involves litigation of restrictive employment covenants (non-competition and non-solicitation clauses). Jeff has represented both employees and employers in this often-contentious type of dispute.
Jeff received his undergraduate degree in political communications from the George Washington University in 1988 and his law degree from George Washington University National Law Center in 1991. Jeff is licensed to practice before all of the state and federal courts in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
